Cressi Pro Light Diving Fin Review

Overview

In a class of its own, the Cressi Pro Light is an extremely lightweight and well-balanced diving fin that has been proven to be highly responsive and amazingly powerful in its output. With a compact blade that features a very soft rubber center panel, you have a comfortable and highly efficient fin at your disposal. In our robust Cressi Pro Light review, we will be discussing the overall nature, feature and dynamism of this amazingly effective and user-friendly diving fin.

The blades of the Pro Light are flanked by some thermoplastic stiffeners and flexible yet supportive side rails. With this perfect combination, the Pro Light provides a very effective blade flex when you kick thereby allowing you to maintain maximum stability in any preferred style you prefer – flutter, scissor or frog style kicking. The fin has two flaps along the end of the blade, a design that allows divers to change direction with only minimal kicking effort.

I am not careful to say that the Cressi Pro Light is just about the best light and well-balanced scuba fin available on the market today. With its surprisingly responsive and powerful designs, you are assured of the most efficient thrusts needed for a top-class scuba diving experience.

Cressi Pro Light Review

With this combination of high-grade elements, it provides divers a good blade flex when kicking, and give you the room to maintain a good level of stability whatever scuba dive kicking style you prefer: flutter, scissor or frog style kicking. The two flaps along the end of the blade are designed to give room for divers to change directions with minimal kicking efforts.

The Pro Light was crafted with premium grade computerized precision which provides an ideal transmission of intricate information from the scuba divers’ legs to the fin. Thus, at only seconds of processing a kick, the scuba fin already understands and interprets the actions and you have a good grade propelling and very smooth dive.

The power in the Pro Light is enhanced by the unique material that it is designed with; this is the very best of polypropylene material which provides a variable flexing that responds to the kicking cycle per time. As you can see, the Pro Light is not just any other kind of dive fin, it is very responsive and offers a good level of personalization that is not readily available elsewhere. For the best directional feel of the fin, the Pro Light has side stringers that go all the way down the sides of the blade. The straps also contribute to this effects too.

Beyond efficiency of this kit, comfort for users is also a vital consideration that is why Cressi made the Pro Light’s foot pockets with elastomer materials. By delivering comfort to the feet of the user, the Pro Light makes it possible that an uninhibited transmission of leg-to-fin relationship that makes every thrust highly responsive.

The blade originates from the upper part of the foot pocket, with a 20% increase in useful surface area compared to a traditional fin of the same length. The unique foot pocket design keeps the diver’s heel from extending over the end of the foot pocket. This transfers the kicking load to the diver’s heel, rather than the middle of the foot and eliminates foot fatigue and cramping. Pro light’s foot pocket is extra wide with soft expansion sides for extreme comfort. Fin is equipped with impact and corrosion resistant quick-release buckles with quality rubber straps.
